Dalmore 12 Year Old

Dalmore 12 is aged for the first nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before half is transferred to ex-oloroso sherry casks for the final three years. The result is a whisky with a combination of sweetness and rich, sherried flavours.

Suntory Toki

A vivid blend of whiskies from Suntory’s Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita distilleries, Suntory Whisky Toki features the quintessential characteristics of a Suntory Whisky blend: exquisite balance, harmony, and oneness.
At the same time, its unique pairing of Hakushu American white oak cask malt whisky with Chita heavy-type grain whisky overturns the traditional hierarchy between malt and grain.

These seemingly dissimilar but deeply accordant whiskies,
together with select Yamazaki malts for additional depth and complexity, gives Suntory Whisky Toki its silky taste,
vivid character, and bold inventiveness.

Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old

One of highest of all Highland distilleries, Dalwhinnie produces a welcomingly gentle whisky that’s full of character. Smooth, soft and lasting flavors of heather, honey sweetness and vanilla are followed by a lingering finish of smoke, peat and malt.

Highland Park 12 Year Old

First you get the silky coating. Just as you purr from that and you settle into the malty attack, from nowhere a subtle honey edge descents. An unusual, brief sharpness retreats, allowing room for the most delicate of smoke; only half-serious vanilla and lazy citrus continue to give the feel of a younger than normal malt and no heather, with the lightest sprinkling of peat.
