Deep in color and floral aromas as well as still-ripe blackberry and plum scents, this Gran Reserva from one of the best vintages in modern Rioja history is chewy to its core, with a beam of bright acidity maintaining great shape. Bold berry and plum flavors are on display many years after harvest, while a ripe finish is spicy and confirms excellence; drink through 2028.

The wine exhibits an attractive, deep, cherry color. The nose is fresh and complex expressing aromas of blackberry forest fruit and prunes, while notes of cocoa, vanilla and subtle toast also come through denoting an ageing in top quality oak. Fresh on the palate with very well-integrated acidity. A lovely, pleasant mouth-feel with a good lingering finish. Clean and fresh with great ageing potential.
This wine pairs well with casseroles, meat dishes, fish and cheese; and it can even be enjoyed on its own, without any accompaniment.
Blend: 80% Tempranillo, 20% Grenache, Mazuelo (Carignan) and Graciano

A very complex and deep-set wine from the outset. This shows a very impressive sense of purity, suggesting immaculate attention to detail in the vineyard. Dark stones and graphite with light, peppery nuances and a deep black-cherry core. The tannins are long, sleek and sexy, like crushed velvet. Long and fresh. Drink or hold.

This rich red delivers ripe, racy flavors of blackberry, kirsch, toast, spice and mineral. Plush but dense, with subtle yet powerful tannins and tangy acidity. A big wine, showing energy and style.
