Return & Exchange Policy

At Baseline Wine & Spirits, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original, unopened condition.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Items that have been opened, damaged by the customer, or returned without a receipt are not eligible for a refund.
Products that do not meet your standards (corked bottles of wine) can be returned up to12 months after date of purchase.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
